News - Text a poem for Valentine's Day
Date: Fri 6 Feb 2004

"Quietly, amid the rush-hour bustle, I blush. I smile just thinking of you."

There's nothing more seductive than an original love poem. But for those who are daunted by the idea of putting pen to paper, help is at hand... Six leading poets have written 'text poems' especially for Valentine's Day - think haiku rather than Hallmark. And you can send one now to your loved one's mobile - completely anonymously.

So for a truly original Valentine's message, order your love poem straightaway for delivery to your Valentine's mobile on 14th February. All you need to do is:

* Choose one of the poems below

* Text the poem number of your choice, followed by your Valentine's mobile number, to 84010
e.g. text POEMONE 07770xxxxxx to 84010

Your poem will be sent anonymously on Valentine's day, and your mobile will be charged £1.50, plus one normal text - less than the cost of a card! Remember, you can order right up to midnight on the 14th - the perfect get-out-of-jail-free for forgetful types...
