This will be a tri-part programme, running 6pm-9pm:

1. Powerpoint slideshow: A Haven in Hell: Talbot House (Toc H) and its role in the Great War, presented by Brian Lister, with poems by war poets Sassoon, Owen, Brooke, etc, read by Jeff Wilson. Between 1914-18, many poets and writers passed through this place.

Break for refreshments

2. Presentation of the 2007 Poetry and Short Story awards, with readings

3. Presentation of the 2008 Flash Fiction awards, with readings
